Description of problem:

Documentation for ipForwarding: Global is missing in key areas see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-3176.

"4.17 Doc I could find reference to it only for egress IP.

May be we should have a generic reference to it in networking doc and metallb or egress IP refer to it. "

This has lead to a number of other bugs (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-25129 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TELCODOCS-1853 being raised so from customers perspective I think this needs a update as per second opinion I elicited above.

There is no RN calling out this feature introduced in 4.14.
