    Description

      To resolve https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4189, the relevant route/v1 defaulting code needs to move to library-go. This enables sharing of defaulting code between MicroShift, which serves Routes from kube-apiserver via CRD, and other OpenShifts, which serve Routes from openshift-apiserver via aggregation.

      The Route API should not change as part of this move.
