Customer has a set of 7 Dell R660's with BIOS 2.2.7 and iDRAC 7.10.70.00

Steps to Reproduce:

Was trying to deploy 4.16.4 onto 7 x R660's.
Following some failures to deploy, 4/7 of the servers suddenly could no longer be powered up by the iDRAC or the power button.
The only way to recover and be able to power the server back up is to unplug both power supplies and reconnect.
