In Table 19. Installation Technology Preview tracker of a ocp 4.17 release note page, the 'Installing OpenShift Container Platform on Oracle® Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with VMs' should be marked as 'General Availability' from OCP 4.14 onwards. 

The OCP 4.15 release note has it correctly mentioned however OCP 4.16 and OCP 4.17 still says 'Technology Preview' for OCP 4.14 and higher OCP versions.
