Description of problem:
On creating pipeline with finally task having when expression, not able to hover on when expression icon on pipelines details page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a pipeline with finally task having when expression.(P-02-TC17 test case for reference). 2. Goto pipeline details page. 3. Not able to hover on when expression icon as tooltip of finally task pops up ahead of it.
Actual results:
Not able to hover on when expression icon as tooltip of finally task pops up ahead of it.
Expected results:
Hover on when expression and finally task has to be separated so that tooltip for both are visible.

works fine in v4.11
