4.14.38 release in the openshift doc is showing a non-standard anchor html hyperlink

Check the documentation page and click on the anchor for label "RHSA-2024:7184 - OpenShift Container Platform 4.14.38 bug fix and security update"
Steps to Reproduce:

2. Verify the URL is composed by [0], which includes the "rhsa-20247184-openshift-container-platform-" part instead of the "ocp-" part:

4. Verify it differes as it's composed by [1]
