Interface with same name causes unexpected behavior in NNS topology

      Description of problem:

      When there are 2 or more interfaces with the same name it causes the topology components to get mixed as they get the name as id and it is not unique

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. have NNS with 2 interfaces with the same name
    2. 2 different nodes exist with same id but only one will appear - a race situation between who gets presented which also changes from time to time.

      Actual results:

          Show only one of them which changes randomly

      Expected results:

          Show both interfaces
