Description of problem:
OpenShift automatically installs the OpenShift networking plugin, but the console plugin metrics reports this as "unknown".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Observe > Metrics
2. Check the metric console_plugins_info

Actual results:
It shows an "unknown" plugin in the metrics.

Expected results:
It should shows a "networking" plugin in the metrics.
