      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-42750. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

          The upgrade of Cluster Logging Operator from 5.y to 6.0 requires special handling due to a new API. The RAN DU reference needs policies which take care of removing the old operator artifacts after creating the new API CRs.
