      Description of problem:

          WMCO operator fails to come up in 10.17.0 to 10.18.z upgrade path. The supported kube versions were not adjusted for 1.30

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Upgrade 4.17 cluster to 4.18 with WMCO 10.17.0
