user is unable to edit Weight for the first selected Service

      Description of problem:

      during route creation, when user adds alternative service backend, the weight for the first service is not editable

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.18.0-0.nightly-2024-09-21-014704    

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. create two Services
2. goes to Route creation form /k8s/ns/test/route.openshift.io~v1~Route/~new/form, choose one service and add alternate Service
3.

      Actual results:

      user is not able to edit the Weight for the first selected Service

      Expected results:

      user should be able to set Weight for all Service backends
