Regarding the proposed limit in the "GitOps Operator and ZTP plugins" section of the 4.17 RAN RDS: "300 SiteConfig CRs per ArgoCD Application. Multiple applications can be used to achieve the maximum number of clusters supported by a single hub cluster."  

Since we have no scale data yet until PERFSCALE-2559 completes, we agreed to hold off on adding this limit until we know what it is, and will add in a 4.17.z update of the RAN RDS.
