Description of problem:
Starting from 4.17, the BGP/BFD metrics of MetalLB changed prefix from metallb_bgp_* and metallb_bfd_* to frrk8s_bgp_* and frrk8s_bfd_* (respectively). In particular, the affected metrics are those that show up here: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/networking/metallb/metallb-troubleshoot-support.html#nw-metallb-metrics_metallb-troubleshoot-support
