      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. install 4.18 nightly knmstate operator from qe-app-registry 
% oc get sub -n openshift-nmstate
NAME                   PACKAGE                       SOURCE            CHANNEL
nmstate-operator-sub   kubernetes-nmstate-operator   qe-app-registry   stable

      Actual results:

      the csv shows still v4.17: 
% oc get csv
NAME                                  DISPLAY                       VERSION   REPLACES                                          PHASE
kubernetes-nmstate-operator.v4.17.0   Kubernetes NMState Operator   4.17.0    Succeeded

      Expected results:

      csv shows the latest version 4.18
