Description of problem:

In file machine_configuration/machine-configs-garbage-collection.adoc at the bottom we describe three flags and the description of --confirm is incorrect

From the command (oc adm prune renderedmachineconfigs -h), the description should be:

--confirm=false:
    If true, specify that pruning should proceed. Defaults to false, displaying what would be deleted but not actually deleting anything.
