Description of problem:
Is required to have proper documentation on how to create an etcd on different disks as a day-1 operation. We already have the procedure for day-2 (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/scalability_and_performance/recommended-performance-scale-practices/recommended-etcd-practices.html#move-etcd-different-disk_recommended-etcd-practices) but been a best practice and involving a different type of provisioning it would be good to have it clear documented to clarify the steps to take and possible warning like the usage of kernel names compared with uuid/WWN. I believe the right place will be under https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/installing/install_config/installing-customizing.html
