Running:

  oc new-app openshift/rails-postgresql-example

creates the application, but the application enters a crash loop.

The same happens with the application upstream:

  oc new-app --file=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sclorg/rails-ex/master/openshift/templates/rails-postgresql.json
