Day2 add node with oc binary is not working for ARM64 on baremetal CI running

    always

    1. Running compact agent installation on arm64 platform
    2. After the cluster is ready, run day2 install 
    3. Day2 install fail with error, worker-a-00 is not reachable  

    Day2 install exit with error.

    Day2 install should works
