The degradation of the storage operator occurred because it couldn't locate the node by UUID. I noticed that the providerID was present for master nodes, but it was blank for other worker nodes. Steps mentioned in this article (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6677901) are also performed but still not successful. Storage operator is still in down state. There is a limitation that E// CNF is only supported with OCP version 4.14 and we need to use that specific OCP 4.14.z version.

    1. Create an agent ISO image
    2. Boot the created ISO on vSphere VM     

    Installation is failing due to storage operator unable to find the node by UUID.

    Storage operator should be installed without any issue.
