Unable to edit "until" in silences (of alerts) from the Developer perspective

      * Previously, a change in the ordering of the TextInput parameters for PatternFly v4 and v5 caused the `until` field to be improperly filled and you could not edit it. With this release, the `until` field is editable so you can input the correct information. (link:https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-41996[*OCPBUGS-41996*])

      *Cause*: A change in the ordering of the TextInput parameters for PatternFly v4 and v5.
      *Consequence*: The javascript event was used for the until field rather than the new time.
      *Fix*: Use the second parameter for the TextInput change field.
      *Result*: The "Until" option is able to be edited.

         I have a CU who reported that they are not able to edit the "Until" option from developers perspective.
