Openshift-compliance secrets showing expire in all of the cluster.

OCP 4.14.28 - openshift-compliance operator 1.5.1

1. Openshift-compliance operator secrets showing expire in all of the cluster. operator version installed was 0.1.57 which is version from 2022

2. We asked the client to update the operator to at least ver. 1.3.1.  Client has updated the operator to version 1.5.1. Then we asked them to delete the secrets and the opertator pod to see if they will get renewed with the new values )new certs) 

3. User has deleted both the compliancescan and the secrets. After deletion, the compliancescans has been completed successfully, but the pods are not being recreating. We also cleared the scans. but an Error is still showing. The secrets are also still showing expire.
