Normal Description of problem:
Though we are saddened that Maciej and Michal have moved on to greener pastures, we must remove them from the approvers list in the root OWNERS file. This grants permissions beyond just /approve, which are reserved for Red Hat employees.
Their GitHub handles can (and perhaps should) remain in the "reviewers" stanza, as this doesn't grant any special privileges.
