Fails to run on more than 8 sockets

      Description of problem:

          We were able to install RHOCP 4.16 on a 32 socket, 1536 cpu, 12TB server using the assisted installer but the restart to complete the install failed with the following message:

Aug 27 20:23:11 hog.eag.rdlabs.hpecorp.net kubenswrapper[35653]: E0827 20:23:11.393400 35653 run.go:74] "command failed" err="failed to run Kubelet: unsupported on machines with more than 8 NUMA Nodes"

          1. Install RHOCP 4.16 with the Assisted Installer on a system with more than 8 numa nodes.
