    VIP doesn't remove from the node when the node is deleted from the cluster

How reproducible:

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Created a vsphere 4.14 IPI cluster
2. Remove one of the node which is holding the IngressVIP and router pods
3. The VIP and router pods gets assigned to a new node but the older node doesn't remove it
