Documentation feedback: lack of explanation regarding numaresources-operator for disconnected environments

      2024-11-19: Two merged one outstanding against 4.14

      Description of problem:
      In bug comment OCPBUGS-37299 there's a suggestion open a docbug because of a lack in the documentation.

      What needs to be changed is:

      BEFORE point 1 in section 7.3.2 of  4.14 doc we would need 

      "1. (for disconnected environments only) Make sure that you have mirrored the numa scheduler container image (`registry.redhat.io/openshift4/noderesourcetopology-scheduler-rhel9:v4.14` into disconnected registry. NOTE: This image is not mirrored as part of numaresources-operator at the moment due to soft dependency limitations for operator container images. When using the oc-mirror the image can be specified in `additionalImages:` section"

      so probably the numbered list need to be shifted.

      Keep in mind that even if the bug has been opened for 4.14, the issue has been reproduced in 4.16 as well.
