      Description of problem:

      OpenShift Lightspeed was included in redhat-operators several days ago but now it is no longer there
      open this ticket to track or confirm whether OpenShift Lightspeed operator should be always included/enaled 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.17.0-0.nightly-2024-09-11-111857    

      How reproducible:

      Always    

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. check if there is openshift lightspeed packagemanifest
      $ oc get catalogsource -n openshift-marketplace

      $ oc get packagemanifest | grep -i speed     // nothing returns

      Actual results:

      OpenShift Lightspeed is no longer included in redhat-operators catalogsource    

      Expected results:

      OpenShift Lightspeed should be included in redhat-operators catalogsource
