Description of problem:
OpenShift Lightspeed was included in redhat-operators several days ago but now it is no longer there open this ticket to track or confirm whether OpenShift Lightspeed operator should be always included/enaled

OpenShift Lightspeed is no longer included in redhat-operators catalogsource
