Description of problem:

vSphere connection UI does not show Degraded conditions, only Progressing and Available.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a cluster on vSphere (with correct username/password)
2. Configure wrong username or password
3. Check "Monitored operator" in the vSphere connection UI

Actual results:

Storage operator is shown as Progressing forever

Expected results:

Storage operator is Progressing for 1-2 minutes and then it's shown as Degraded. See the attachment.

In addition, it should show why it's degraded, i.e. Storage ClusterOperator Status.Conditions[the Degraded one].Message.
