Clear button doesn't clear certificates content

      Description of problem:

      When create Secure route, user need upload certificates. Clicking on 'Clear' button for upload doesn't clear certificate content

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. goes to Route creation page, Networking -> Routes -> Create Route -> Form view 
    2. upload some certificates and click on 'Clear'
    3.

      Actual results:

      Clear button doesn't work

      Expected results:

      Clear button should clear certificate content
