                Pseudolocalization is present for the following content, but 
                not translation.
                "Labels"
                "Default network policy"
                "No restrictions"

          1. Log into web console and set language to non English.
    2. Navigate to Administration -> Namespaces -> Create Namespace

      Actual results:

          Content is in English

      Expected results:

          Content should be in set language
