Cannot install OSSO on arm cluster

      Description of problem:

      From 1.3.1 OSSO is supported on arm clusters and when trying to install the same that does not work.
          

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

           4.17
          

      How reproducible:

           Always
          

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install 4.17 arm cluster
          2. Add catalogSource to the cluster
          3. Browse through url , click operatorhub -> search Secondary-scheduler-operator
          

      Actual results:

          User will not be able to list the operator on arm clusters
          

      Expected results:

          User should be able to list the operator  on arm clusters.
          

      Additional info:

          Reason this could not be listed on operatorHub because OSSO CSV file was not having the below labels
             operatorframework.io/arch.amd64: supported
          operatorframework.io/arch.arm64: supported
          operatorframework.io/arch.ppc64le: supported
          operatorframework.io/arch.s390x: supported
