               Click on "Red Hat OpenShift Lightspeed" icon.
    Issue:
               Pseudolocalization available, not actual translation.
               Content is in English.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Log into web console, set language to non English.
    2. Click on "Red Hat OpenShift Lightspeed" icon, available on bottom right corner of the page.
    3. Pseudolocalization available, but not actual translation.    

      Actual results:

          Content is in English

      Expected results:

          Content should be in selected language
