"Administrator"/"Developer" is right aligned after enabling one of them from "/cluster-configuration/general" page

      Description of problem:

      When enable only one of "Administrator" and "Developer" perspective for normal user from "/cluster-configuration/general" page. The "Administrator" or "Developer" text is right aligned after login with normal user.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Login with cluster-admin, then enable only one of "Administrator" and "Developer" perspective for normal user from "/cluster-configuration/general" page
    2.Login with normal user, check the perspective menu.

      Actual results:

      2. The enabled perspective text is right aligned.
