      Description of problem:

      We need to wait until the LVMS 4.17.0 images are officially released before we can pull them into MicroShift 4.17 builds. 
The minified LVMS is new functionality, so it cannot be used until it's released at registry.redhat.io.
- This means MicroShift 4.17.0 version cannot be released in sync with LVMS 4.17.0. 
- We will release MicroShift 4.17.1 based on LVMS 4.17.0

      4.17.0

      Actual results:

      MicroShift 4.17.0 is using pre-release version of the minified LVMS

      Expected results:

      MicroShift 4.17.1 to use released version of LVMS 4.17.0
