Description of problem: When configuring a frrconfiguration the speaker is unable to delete frrconfiguration.

How reproducible: easily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster with metallb operator 
2. Create and delete frrconfiguration
3. Collect logs from speaker
Actual results:  Unable to delete frrconfiguration

Expected results: Should be able to delete
