Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create  SriovOperatorConfig with name "default"
2. Try to delete it
3.
Actual results:

elevin@elevin-thinkpadt14sgen2i:~$ oc delete sriovnetworkpoolconfigs.sriovnetwork.openshift.io -A --all
Error from server (default SriovOperatorConfig shouldn't be deleted): admission webhook "operator-webhook.sriovnetwork.openshift.io" denied the request: default SriovOperatorConfig shouldn't be deleted
