cli manager version gets displayed as unknown in the logs

      Description of problem:

      Cli-manager version is being logged as `unknown` in the cli-manager-operator logs.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

           0.1.0

      How reproducible:

           Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install OCP 4.17 cluster
    2. create catalog source using the image given by dev
    3.  Now install cli manager from operator hub
     4. Run command `oc logs -f <cli-manager-operator>1

      Actual results:

           You can see that the version of cli manager is seen as `unknown`

      Expected results:

          Version of cli manager should not be seen as `unknown`
