      Error key failed with : climanagers.operator.openshift.io "cluster" not found is being logged continuously in the cli manager operator logs.

          0.1.0

      How reproducible:

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install 4.17 cluster
    2. create catalogsource by adding the latest image provided by dev
    3. Try installing cli manager operator
    4. Run command `oc logs -f <cli-manager-operator> -n openshift-cli-manager-operator`

      Actual results:

          Error key failed with : climanagers.operator.openshift.io "cluster" not found is being logged in the cli manager operator logs

      Expected results:

          No error should be logged.
