unit tests not running

      OVNK unit tests are not running downstream on either 4.17 or 4.18.

      They succeed after only 2 minutes, but when you look at artifacts/test/build-log.txt , we see that it fails at the very start:

      go: downloading go1.22.0 (linux/amd64)
RACE=1 hack/test-go.sh
stat /errors: directory not found

       
      Here for instance unit tests should fail, but it's green: https://github.com/openshift/ovn-kubernetes/pull/2281
       
      On 4.16 and lower I see that the unit tests are executed correctly, for instance:
