Description of problem:
1. When attempting to install the Local Storage Operator (LSO) from OperatorHub from the OCP console for the OCP 4.12.0-ec.5 and OCP 4.12.0-rc.0 on Z builds, the LSO is not available. 2. The Local Storage Operator (LSO) is available from OperatorHub from the OCP console for the OCP 4.12.0-ec.4 on Z build and prior. 3. For the OCP 4.12.0-ec.3 and OCP 4.12.0-ec.4 on Z builds, there are 61 operators available in OperatorHub. 4. For the OCP 4.12.0-ec.5 and OCP 4.12.0-rc.0 on Z builds, there are 52 operators available in OperatorHub, of which LSO is not included. Thank you.
