Local Storage Operator (LSO) not available in OperatorHub for OCP 4.12 on Z ec.5 and rc.0 builds

      Description of problem:

      1. When attempting to install the Local Storage Operator (LSO) from OperatorHub from the OCP console for the OCP 4.12.0-ec.5 and OCP 4.12.0-rc.0 on Z builds, the LSO is not available.
      
      2. The Local Storage Operator (LSO) is available from OperatorHub from the OCP console for the OCP 4.12.0-ec.4 on Z build and prior.
      
      3. For the OCP 4.12.0-ec.3 and OCP 4.12.0-ec.4 on Z builds, there are 61 operators available in OperatorHub.
      
      4. For the OCP 4.12.0-ec.5 and OCP 4.12.0-rc.0 on Z builds, there are 52 operators available in OperatorHub, of which LSO is not included.

      1. Login to the OCP console, go to OperatorHub and search on Local.  No Local Storage Operator will be available/listed.
      
      
      

      Actual results:

      Local Storage Operator (LSO) not available in OperatorHub.

      Expected results:

      Local Storage Operator (LSO) available in OperatorHub.
