Description of problem:

MultiNetworkPolicy section lacks description of k8s.v1.cni.cncf.io/policy-for annotation

Expected results:

The k8s.v1.cni.cncf.io/policy-for annotation in a MultiNetworkPolicy CR takes a value to match to an additional OVN network dedication but it is not explained.
