      Switch to OVS 3.4 package version in MicroShift 4.17 to remain in sync with OpenShift OVS package usage

      Actual results:

      MicroShift is using OVS 3.3

      Expected results:

      MicroShift should use OVS 3.4

      Additional info:

      The package is expected to be published at OCP mirror and fast-datapath repos on the last week of August 2024
