Tooltip on Pipeline whenexpression is not shows in Pipeline visualization.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Pipeline with whenExpression
2. navigate to the Pipeline details page
3. hover over the whenExpression diamond shape

Actual results:

When expression tooltip is not shows on hover
