      Description of problem:

The Changing the cloud provider credentials configuration guide is ostensibly about rotating/updating credentials for a cloud provider, however, rather confusingly it launches into a procedure using ccotl - with no real over of what that tool is or when you might need it - and indicates that it's only useful for IBM Cloud, when an internet search suggests it's useful for AWS among others.

Per my understanding, ccotl is only to be used for some cloud platforms, and credential rotation needs a different procedure on other platforms. It would be helpful if a mapping of strategy to cloud platform was provided, and the titles were written such that the reader could see that they were variations of the same procedure. For example:

      • Rotating cloud provider credentials with the Cloud Credential Operator utility
      • Rotating cloud provider credentials manually
      • Rotating cloud provider credentials via foo
      • ...

This could be a simple as renaming "Maintaining cloud provider credentials" to "Rotating cloud provider credentials manually".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.17, 4.16, and likely earlier.
