      * Previously, when you received an `OVNKubernetesNorthdInactive` alert, you could not view the associated runbook.       We have runbook for OVNKubernetesNorthdInactive: https://github.com/openshift/runbooks/blob/master/alerts/cluster-network-operator/OVNKubernetesNorthdInactive.md

But the runbook url is not added for alert OVNKubernetesNorthdInactive:
