create folder under vCenter server, then put datacenter into that folder.
for example:
create a folder: wwei-testfolder and put the datacenter "nesteddatacenter" into it.
then create cluste, the vm should be created under /wwei-testfolder/nesteddatacenter/vm/, but actually it create a folder named nesteddatacenter. then the vm created under /nesteddatacenter/vm/.
