The documentation is not matching what is originally documented in github

in github step 1 above it specifies that the annotation has to be pushed as soon as the siteConfig is modified but that is not reflected in docs.openshift.com

but there is no mention in step1 in docs.openshift.com to push the changes and get the annotation applied.
