      Hard to reproduce. 1 out of 50 times aprox
      
      

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy eDU pods
      2. Reboot SNO server. Wait for API to report healthz and ready to serve.
      3. Redeploy eDU pods
      

      Actual results:

      
      API unavailable for a few minutes
      
      

      Expected results:

      
      No downtime in API server
      
      

      Additional info:

      
       Issue found in test: du_robustness_004_ungraceful_recover_sno_workload
