      Description of problem:

      Need to update the scripts used by CI to support vSphere multi vCenter

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.18, 4.17

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Start CI job for vSphere UPI multi vCenter

      Actual results:

      Currently the tests fail to install on non first defined vCenter

      Expected results:

      All nodes are installed across all vCenters

      Additional info:

      This bug is being opened to allow backporting of the 4.18 function into 4.17.  Due to function freeze and branching, these changes did not make the cut.  This bug can be verified once the SPLAT jira has been closed and the content for the release repo has been merged.  4.18 install scripts are updated in the SPLAT JIRA https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SPLAT-1713
