      * Previously, the installation program failed to install an {product-title} cluster in the `eu-es` (Madrid, Spain) region on a {ibm-power-server-title} platform that was configured as an `e980` system type.       Description of problem:

          e980 is a valid system type for the madrid region but it is not listed as such in the installer.

          Easily

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Try to deploy to mad02 with SysType set to e980
    2. Fail
    3.

      Actual results:

          Installer exits

      Expected results:

          Installer should continue as it's a valid system type.
