Cause – In the OpenShift console, selecting a runtime icon in the import forms
    Consequence – is made difficult in dark mode as the icons have poor contrast with the dark background.
    Fix – A white background has been added to the icons,
    Result – so that they are easier to see

    Some brand icons in the "runtime icon" section have poor contrast in dark mode

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. In OCP Console, switch to dark mode  
    2. Dev console -> +Add -> Upload JAR File
    3. Select a Runtime Icon

Actual results:

    The icons have good legibility

Expected results:

    I cannot read some of the icons (e.g., build, django, github)

Additional info:

    My suggested solution is to add dark/light variant support for icons
